The National Defense Academy (NDA) is the joint services academy of the Indian Armed forces, i.e the Army, the Navy and the Air force are trained together before they go on to their respective service academics for further pre-commissioning training. The NDA training center is located in Khadakwasla, Pune, Maharashtra. This is one of the first tri-service academy in the world. Training Pattern: Life in NDA is all about inculcating discipline and  self improvement.
